“The European Green Deal and the Renewable Energy Directive can be formidable drivers for the growth of biodiesel. However, we must ensure that the related debate on sustainability criteria is science based and involves all that the our industry is heard. We absolutely need stable framework conditions for investments, innovation and growth in the biodiesel industry”, declared the newly appointed Secretary General.
Xavier a French citizen holds masters in both law and public affairs from France and Germany. Prior to joining EBB, Xavier held the position of Secretary General in another organisation in the renewable energy field.
